I was born in Reno, NV, and when I was 2, we moved to Seattle. I grew up there most of my life, and I absolutely loved it. It was such an awesome place to live, and I loved my friends too. When I was 12, my parents told me we were moving to California for my dads work, and I was extremely sad. I didn’t want to leave my friends or life in Seattle. We ended up moving to Walnut Creek because my dad was working in San Fransisco. It was okay at first. I definitely liked the weather better in California than Seattle, definitely not as rainy. It was just super hard for me to adjust and meet new friends. However, when basketball season came around, I tried out for the team and made a lot of friends. It made it so much more fun because I actually had people to talk to at school! Now I absolutely love it, and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.
